What drives me is curiosity — the desire to explore new perspectives, ask better questions, and create spaces where real conversations can happen. Because that’s where change begins: when people connect, share openly, and start to see things differently.

Thirteen years ago, I took a bold leap and moved to the Middle East to establish Innovation Lab’s regional presence—one of Scandinavia’s first innovation think tanks. We developed it into a respected consultancy, both in the nordics and in the mena region.At my core, I’m a connector — bringing together leaders, investors, and organizations to ignite innovation and drive meaningful change.

I’ve led international delegations exploring bold ideas in urban development and technology, delivered keynotes on the power of culture, helped businesses navigate new markets and advised organizations on how to build stronger, more human workplaces. But at the heart of it all, it’s about expanding perspectives—because when we stretch our thinking, people grow, and businesses thrive.
