“Between 2017 and 2019, Smart Dubai collaborated with her  to design and deliver three exclusive knowledge exchange tours for our executive leadership team—including CEOs, directors, and myself. These five-day programs took place across leading innovation hubs in Scandinavia, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco. The goal was to understand how other governments and institutions continued to innovate under budget constraints while still exceeding performance goals.

She curated highly tailored programs combining site visits, executive-level workshops, and team-building activities that fostered not only learning but also strong alignment among our leadership team.
